Unable to send copy of receipts to another phone. Get the "No network connection" error. Turner phone on and off...nothing.

Scan & Go worked Great ... ONCE. Every time after I get a network connection error. Check your network settings. I can still get Google, Yahoo, Mapquest, so it is Not a network error unless Sam's network or the app is the problem. Reloaded the app. NADA. POS

Wish I had read the reviews before getting this app. Scanned my items and when I was ready to pay, got Error Code 01. This has been going on for over a year and nobody in the store had ever heard of it.

I'm having the same trouble as many of the other reviewers. I always get a network connection error and am unable to use my app. I know I don't have network connection issues. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but still having same problem.

I loved this app and used it all the time. Then several months ago I went into the store and couldn't connect to the Wifi. I got an error message saying "network connection error". I asked an employee about it and she said they were busy and others were have the same problem. Probably overloaded. Next visit, same thing . Problem continued for several months. Tried Customer Service, cell phone person & Live Chat. No help. I still can't used the scan and go.

Used to LOVE this app but the last update really broke it. Not seeing the running item list anymore just a total $$. Unable to remove/delete a scanned item or change quantity. I had to stop, signout and start over and scan everything again just to remove a single item I decided I didn't want. The scan button is off the screen up top now. What happened to an otherwise great app?

Like the concept and the speed of exiting the club. Don't know why it took 12 days to process my payment. Also, they need to make sure the "guard" at the exit door is not technologically impaired.

Just recently my Sams app scanner wouldn't scan bar codes on the package or item. But, miraculously scanned the bar code on the sign on the shelf identifying the item. This was for all items in the store. So, what's wrong with that? Well it seems that many of the shelf signs are not located within reach of your arm holding the phone and so no scan is possible. What a goat rope customer experience this has turned out to be. Was a very happy Sams shopper.... Now not so much.

App worked fine until end of Feb. Tried to check out and the app had the wrong expiration date for CC, had an address from 20 years ago and a phone number I never had. Called Sams Club, went to technical support and essentially they blew me off saying it was an Android problem. Bad data an Android problem!!!!!! Do your job!!!!

App worked fine in store and was able to check out. However when I checked the receipt a few days later, it had added 5 extra of one item. Overcharged by $40. When I contacted the store, they said I would have to come in to resolve the issue. They need a way to pull up the transaction from a phone call and make the corrections. I don't go to Sam's often because it is 40 miles from my house. Now I have to make a special trip to correct an overcharge issue.

Used the scan and go app for the 1st time today. Sams need to rename it scan and rescan and rescan and rescan, get code 01 have to go through customer service so they can rescan over $513.

Excited to use my cool new app. On our first visit to Sam’s Fort Smith AR we scurry about scanning $577 worth of stuff neatly packing it into boxes to make it easier to load into our vehicle. We try to check out three different times with three different card payment options and each time got the error code 01 message asking me to try again later (like I’m gonna hang out there till tomorrow). So we have to unpack and go through a ridiculously long line anyway. Way to go Sam’s Club!

I love this app and the whole concept of doing everything on my own I've used this app from d thg one never any issue till today i got the same thing with payment issues so frustrated over not being able to pay for 977.00 worth of goods and crowded store long lines I was not about t ok stand in line I left without the things I needed looks like they would be able to fix it by now or have a call center for these type issues where you can pay by phone with customer service help

Like everybody else here, I get the error code 01. Scanned $358 in items and then had to stand in line anyway. The manager said a lot of people are getting that and corporate just tells them it is a fraud error. She said she's asked several times and gets the same excuse. She wasn't happy with that explanation either.

I was in Sam's today...scanned all then tried to pay. Got an error code and message to try again later. Tried 4 more times. Was sent to customer service by lady at exit door. Customer service had no idea what was going on. They rescanned all my items. I paid then left. Have used app for several months...no problem until today. Hope they get it fixed soon. Have 1 star because of today's experience...other times I would have given a 5!

Used to love the app, but my last two trips to my Sam's in Plano, TX received a "error code 01" on my Android (Samsung S7 Edge) when I tried to check out. This just happened a few hours ago (Feb 15, 2018). I logged out and rescanned everything but got the error again. Ended up going through checkout. Please fix!

I have had this issue since August 2017. It is now March 2018. No one seems to know how to fix it and Sams said it is a security measure. I am using the same information and payment. It is very frustrating.

App used to work well in my store in Kenner, LA. Past few months, it is very inconsistent and usually does not open at all while in the store. If it will not open, I cannot use it. Therefore, it is useless. Too bad.

Same issue today. Was in a Sams Club in Rockford, IL - 30 minute drive... the app opened, found my store - said to start scanning, but didn’t give me the option to scan anything. The green little barcode button didn’t show up. I tried to reset my phone, connect to the WiFi, check location services.. nothing worked. So I had to leave empty handed. Sams Club needs the option like Walmart Pay.

I am on the same page as all the other reviewers. Scan and Go worked great until yesterday when I went to check out and the app showed error code 01. I tried everything I could think of, logged on to Sams WiFi network, re-logged into account, rescanned items ect and nothing worked. So then I scanned 1 item just to see if that would work and whala, it worked! So I rescanned $300 worth of items, and again 01 error code. WTH!
