Sam’s Club Scan & Go App Reviews

You can check prices as you go and skip the checkout. Saves time, but you still get held up at the door having someone scan your phone. Their scanner took a few tries before it would scan. Overall I liked it and will definitely use instead of waiting in the slow lines.

That was the quickest Ive ever been in a Sams club. The line was wrapped and we just walked up and out. Way to go Sams!!

Really like this app

im finally in the future. My first experience with this app was Fantabulous, queued 10 customers deep and I was able to scan before two customers were ever seen. I can reference old receipts and recall things that I bought from the past just like Amazon. I hope every retail store learns from this. Costco will probably never make the move. So I say bye-bye

A big problem with Sams Club (Walmart too) has always been waiting in line. This was the second time Ive used the app and it worked perfectly both times. Im in, Im out, & Im on with my day! My only suggestion for improvement would be to allow gift cards as payment as well.

Wont let you pay with check

Worked flawlessly. New to our Sams but absolutely no problem.

We went to SAMS last Saturday for a couple things. The store was packed. We used the app. Time in to time out was less than 5 minutes. This is one of the best apps out there.

Worked very well. Need to do something about the line at the door. Had to find someone with a scanner.

Love not having to wait in line at register or dealing with paper receipts!

First time using the app it was great

Used it for the first time today. Outstanding! It knew which Sams location I was in as soon as I opened the App. Scanned each item without any issues. Shows the item and the price on the screen; keeps a running total of items in the cart; and a running total on the price, including tax. Exiting the store was almost the same as with a paper receipt. The person monitoring the exit process scanned the barcode on my iPhone and counted the number of items. It was yuck and easy. Live it.

This app works as advertised in saves me time because a lot of my visits to Sams are for a few items. When I leave the store they count the items and thats it-they dont give me any more scrutiny than they do if I had gone to the cashier.

This has got to be hands down the best way to pay at ANY STORE PERIOD. Now if we can just get walmart to offer this so we dont have to wait in those line . And by the way the Walmart pay app is TERRIBLE!!!! Give up on it Walmart and take sams lead on this one please .

Seriously- its the only way to go! You save 20 minutes waiting in line, and I love knowing my total as I shop!

It was so easy to scan items and checkout was great! Just put in your card info ahead of time and at checkout pick your payment method, done! As you leave they scan the barcode on your phone and thats it, couldnt be any easier. Perfect for the upcoming holiday shopping!

This is the 2nd time I use this app at Sams. The 1st time, there was a bottle neck at the exit since the checker is probably on learning stage on how to process this new app. But this 2nd time, the checker knows what to do and everything goes smooth and fast.
